6.3 Erroneous Transactions

7.1 Closure by the Player

Before the account is closed, any remaining cash balance (net of any voided bonus funds) will be paid out to your KYC-verified payment method within five business days of the closure request being confirmed. 7.2 Suspension or Closure by the Operator

7c770 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive when there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 7c770 will send a notification to the registered email address at the 10-month and 12-month marks, reminding the Player of the inactivity status. After 12 months of inactivity, an administrative fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining account balance to cover the cost of maintaining the dormant account. 7.4 Self-Exclusion

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. 7c770 shall not be liable for any losses, missed betting opportunities, or consequential damages arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical interruptions outside the Operator's reasonable control.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

8.4 Force Majeure

7c770 shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms, where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of third-party payment providers, or any other event of force majeure. In such circumstances the Operator will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal service as quickly as practicable and will communicate updates to affected Players via the Platform or by email.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7c770 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) any false or misleading information provided by you during registration or KYC; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on the Platform.
